At JunkCaseCo, every phone case is custom-made just for you. We take pride in creating high-quality, one-of-a-kind designs and want you to love your purchase. Because our cases are custom and made to order, please review our return and refund terms below.
Custom Orders
All of our products are custom-made, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges simply due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect model selection, or color preference.
Please double-check your phone model and design choice before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.
To start a claim:

Email us at junkcaseco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect.
Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived and tracking shows it’s lost in transit, please contact us at junkcaseco@gmail.com so we can file a claim with the carrier and help resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Because we begin working on your custom order right away, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your item will already be in production and cannot be canceled.
Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
