Thank you for shopping with JunkCaseCo! Every phone case we create is custom-made with care to ensure you get a product that’s as unique as you are. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Processing Time

All of our phone cases are made to order.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be handmade, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding!


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days after processing

  • U.S. Economy Shipping: 2–5 business days after processing

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal service issues or customs.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only as of now. 


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

JunkCaseCo is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
